American restaurant chain Hooters is planning to enter the Irish market, with new premises being targeted in Dublin and Belfast.

   Would be hot in certain places, some prime D4 locations but imagine what the Ballymun one would be like?

   Hoopy earrings I just dont get, and rings on every finger either. But a lot of girls from that direction are customers of mine and they are genuinely lovely girls - hearts of gold getting by on very little.
