Then we came to the end

I’m leaving Ireland. I’ve finally beaten the procrastination engine that forms a large part of my personality and now we can have a bit of an adventure.

It’s terrible news for Jazz Biscuit, as it was created and sustained in the boredom of a desk job. The good thing about the stability of a 9 to 5 like that was how it allowed the mind to wander sufficiently to work on this site.

I’d like to think that if the odd potatoshop or comic needs doing I’ll stick it up, so in that sense maybe this isn’t the end. But it’s the end of the daily updates for the foreseeable future. Who knows; maybe where I’m going will be boring but I doubt that.

The site will stay up so those of you making use of the Image Search et all need not be concerned.

Thanks to all the readers, those who left comments, those who emailed with links and everything else.

Good luck.

    Ach Jaysus bastard Jazzy!

You could at least have stuck up a “Jazz Biscuit will be back soon” post beside a 200k+ hitcount which stays like that for three months before abruptly switching to a herbal dong enhancer search engine.

Best of luck then. No idea why you’re leaving Ireland, and in August too.

    Come Ireland, is good.
You want sun! We haff sun. In August.
You want rain! We haff rain. In August.
You want sun and rain! Is no problem. We haff both. In August. In Ireland.

Thanks everybody that’s kick ass. Would like to thank you all individually but planes to catch and all that. Few though:

@Alexia: “an oasis of madness in a bland ocean of calm” - love it.
@B’Dum: It’s an open ended adventure: it has no end date.
@Mulley: “Online pop culture anarchist” lol.
@Green Ink: I’m glad that at least someone played the theme tune. I play it every 10 minutes or so. Life is just better when it has such kick ass music behind it.
@Nat: I want haff more fun.
@Rosie: Curly or straight I’d say it’ll look deadly.
@Travors: Best of luck with the gmg book et all.
@Emordino: Did you just put me up there with jesus? He was almost as cool.
    Thanks a million everyone.
