What would a Jazz shaped interweb look like? Like Jazz Biscuit of course. In my infinite ignorance, I didn’t realise that the way we use the word jazz is actually in the dictionary. (Well, according to dictionary.com it is.)

Slang: insincere, exaggerated, or pretentious talk: Don’t give me any of that jazz about your great job!
Slang: similar or related but unspecified things, activities, etc.: He goes for fishing and all that jazz.

Next week: Biscuit. Anyway, on with the show.

  1. Niall O’Keeffe, Dundalk Radio Presenter and general Dundalkian super hero puts out a radio trailer for The Amnesiac Teflon Taoiseach.
  2. Sinn Fein come out with a logical fallacy: If you love Ireland - Join Sinn Fein. They also brought out a recruitment video. Haha. No.
  3. Prof. William Reville, in the Irish Times, often writes complete jazz. For once, according to James McInerney, he’s spot on about something: When you argue with science you go out on a limb.
  4. Another day, another Chancer caption comp, and again, Jazz Biscuit is right on the money. This time with a hilarious poo joke. I know; I don’t know what life was like before the biscuit either.

Bertie is a chancer

Red Mum, who’s blog I just got completely lost in, posts a fantastic photo (she has a million great photos on her site) of a hand made poster she saw while out getting a sandwich.

In the shadow of the Dáil - a total chancer

If you click the photo above you’ll be taken to Red Mum’s flickr photo album, where there’s gazillions of cool photos.

Bertie should get out now. He’s clearly a criminal: he’s making John Gormley, the most amazing human ever born, look bad.
