And what better way to celebrate our submission to marketing think, than by creating a 1.25 billion euro shopping center in the bleeding heart of Dublin City that is O’Connell Street. A new cathedral to celebrate our rise from chancers to consumers.

I wonder what the Botanic Spine team think of this? - Their idea is far bolder, and far cooler, and far more bat-shit crazy. An entire green belt ringing the city: I mean, just look at their mock-ups:
